Lack of sleep will make weaken you to refrain from unhealthy and junk foods. In this study, researchers at the University of Chicago found that people who do not get enough sleep, cannot resist against eating the chips, chocolate, and cake, and even if in their food time have received 90 percent of needed daily calories.
