Change your tooth brush every 3 months

A specialist in oral and maxillofacial pathology said: it is advised to people to change their toothbrush every three months.
As the report of Salamat News and quoting the Anna, Doctor Nasrullah Eshghyar, the specialist of oral and maxillofacial, stating that to preserve and promote of oral health should change the toothbrushes every two or three months, he said, if the tooth brush is use over this time, it can hold microorganisms that it would be detrimental to oral health.
He also added:  the brushes of those toothbrushes that are used by more than three months will lose their property.
the Professor of Dentistry School in Tehran University said about the properties of a standard toothbrush: it is recommended to people use soft toothbrushes and refrain of shopping the hard and medium-sized toothbrushes that are cause to highly abrasion of enamel. Eshghyar stating that way of brushing is most important of its kind, said: each time brushing should take five minutes and tooth brush should move as rotational on the teeth.

Based on the obtained results, lack of sleep affects the person's appetite in the evening; at this time eating the junk foods is associated with weight gain. According to "The Science World Report", as the experts lack of sleep creates a signal that causes a person to enjoy of eating in particular the junk food consumption.

Don't rub the emollients by hand on your lips; it is harmful
